Conventionally every user is undertaken by an AMC service provider who basically provides onsite support either going directly to the customer on an annual contract or charges per visit to the customer. In all these means there’s always a gap in terms of customer responsiveness to the quality of service that is been offered by the provider. Keeping this gap in mind, we have come up with the service which provides remote support to customers and automate most of the troubleshooting process.
